  • 主要从事食品标准化与农产品采后贮藏保鲜及生物防治机理方面的研究。主持浙江省自然科学基金1项,先后参与完成了国家科技支撑计划项目、国家自然科学基金面上项目等多项国家、省或其他级别的科研项目,在Food Chemistry, Food Frontiers,Critical Reviews in Biotechnology,Food & Function, Environmental Pollution, Journal of Agricultural & Food Chemistry等国际期刊上发表Sci论文二十余篇,其中以第一或通讯作者发表SCI论文十余篇,发明专利1项。
